Refunds & Cancellations

Scope

These terms apply to consulting engagements with Advanced Data Grid — including Supply Chain Assessments, Supplier Sourcing Support, Inventory Planning Advisory, Freight & Logistics Reviews, and day-rate support. We do not sell physical products, software licences, or online courses.

Deposit

A 30% deposit confirms booked dates for scoped projects. Deposits are refundable in full if we cancel. If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed start date, we refund the deposit minus any non-recoverable travel already booked with your written approval. Cancellations inside ten business days forfeit the deposit unless we resell the time, in which case we refund the unused portion.

Work already started

Fees for discovery, site visits, analysis, and drafting already completed are payable and non-refundable. If you cancel mid-engagement, we invoice for work performed at the agreed rates (or a fair proportion of the fixed fee) and return unused deposit balance if any remains.

Full or partial refunds

A full refund of amounts paid applies if we are unable to deliver the agreed outputs for reasons within our control and no acceptable substitute date or consultant is available. Partial refunds may apply if a defined deliverable cannot be completed because critical client information was never provided after reasonable notice — in that case we charge for completed stages only.

Non-refundable items

Approved third-party travel and accommodation booked for your engagement, and time already delivered on-site or in facilitated sessions, are non-refundable. Printed materials produced specifically for your workshop are non-refundable once printed.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once without fee if you give at least ten business days’ notice and alternative dates are available within three months. Further reschedules or short-notice changes may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 15% of the engagement fee to cover diary disruption.

No-shows

If key client participants fail to attend an agreed on-site day or facilitated session without at least two business days’ notice, that day is charged as delivered.

Refund process and timing

Email refund or cancellation requests to info@advanceddatagrid.digital with your engagement reference. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, contact us promptly so we can remedy where reasonable. Unresolved disputes follow the process in your engagement letter and New Zealand law.
