Information we collect

We collect name, email address, phone number if provided, business location, consultation interest, and message content from enquiry forms. During engagements we may process staff names and business contact details necessary to deliver the work. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data for security.

Purpose

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver consultations, invoice, improve our website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement files are retained for seven years for accounting and professional reference, then securely deleted or anonymised where practicable.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who host email or file storage under confidentiality obligations, and with professional advisers when required. We disclose information if required by New Zealand law.

International transfers

Some hosting or email providers may process data in Australia or other jurisdictions. We take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection consistent with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
