Fees

We do not sell monthly software subscriptions or tiered “Starter / Professional / Enterprise” packages. Fees reflect the time on your sites, the complexity of your supplier base, and travel outside the Dunedin area.

What changes the quote

Number of sites visited, overnight travel, volume of purchase history to review, and whether you need a facilitated session with a larger leadership group. Urgent work that displaces booked clients may carry a priority surcharge, agreed in writing first.

Deposits and invoices

A deposit of 30% confirms dates for assessments and sourcing projects. Balance invoices are due on delivery of agreed outputs, with payment terms of 14 days. GST is added where applicable.
